Italian Restaurant

Last night, we were invited to eat dinner with hubby's uncle in an Italian Restaurant. Hubby ordered good food, but unfortunately the food that I ordered was not that delicious. I'm expecting that their pasta will be great but it turned out the other way around. No sauce except a sprinkle of vegetable. And for that I didn't eat last night. Sniff! So disappointed with my first Italian food experience. I ordered for Spaghetti Ala Pesto. Ugh! 2/10 stars.

But I'm not leaving them with a low score, I give them 2 points because of this Iced Mocca.

Still On Vacation

Hi there! Just pop up to say we're still here in Jeddah for a week stay with my in-laws. We'll be back by Friday. So for that, I have limited access to update my blog. I have tons of stories in store.

See you then!

Countdown starts

e above ticker is for our flight tomorrow going to Jeddah. We’ll be there for  a week to see my family in laws and to travel to Mecca to perform Umra. You can see the story here.

The above ticker on the other hand is our countdown for our annual vacation for this year. We’re off this time to see my family in the Philippines. They all can’t wait to see our little one all grown up for the first time. I have to plan our itinerary as early as now since I don’t like to disappoint my husband again this time. He wasn’t able to enjoy our journey 2 years ago to Philippines since I was on my 6th months of pregnancy and not allowed to travel that much. This year, I’m looking forward for a good journey for him.

iOS 4

imageimage
I’ve just upgraded the version of my iPhone to the new OS 4, and I can say that I’m loving every update of it. What I love most of the update is the “Folders”. Julia can easily delete the apps since she knows which one to click, don’t ask me how but it happened many times. So good thing now I can arranged my Paid apps into one folder and will have the assurance that she will not have the chance to delete those apps inside. She was able to drag them again to another window but I’m happy that the apps are still saved. He-he!

Another great idea from Steve Jobs and his team. Wohoo!

Love Your iphone?

That you want it to cuddle you in bed before sleeping? Well, get this one. I will sure do if they have one on stock which suits a king size bedding. I love the idea of it. Black is beautiful, it fits perfectly.

Mercedes Bed

I’m sure hubby will love this type of bed. This is an old MB front that was copied as a front for a bed. Do you think it will be comfortable for sleeping? Well, you have to try if you want to *wink *wink.

7 Signs That Your Child Loves You

1 Your newborn stares into your eyes — he's actually working hard to memorize your face. He doesn't understand anything else about the world, but he knows you're important.

2 Your baby thinks about you even when you're not around. Between 8 and 12 months old, he'll start to scrunch his face and look around when you leave the room — and he'll smile when you return.

3 Your toddler throws wicked tantrums. Nope, those screaming fits don't mean he's stopped loving you. He wouldn't be so hurt and angry if he didn't trust you so deeply.

4 Your toddler runs to you for comfort when he falls down or feels sad. Kids this age may not truly understand the meaning of "I love you," but their actions speak louder than words.

5 Your preschooler gives you a flower picked from the garden, a finger-painted heart, a sparkly rock, or another gift.

6 Your preschooler wants your approval. He'll start to be more cooperative around the house, and he'll look for chances to impress. "Look at me!" will become a catchphrase.

7 Your grade-schooler trusts you with secrets, like his first crush or his most embarrassing moment. You're his confidante, even if he shies away from your hugs in public.

“I Want…” Wednesday #79

This weeks question is:

What do you WANT for someone else?
~ a close friend of ours are tying the knot on Friday. I want both of them to be happy just like us. I want our kids to grow up together as buddies and I want them to have kids so that I could share my motherhood whining with someone already, haha! Kidding aside, I want all the best for them, that’s it.

What else do you want this week? Share it all.
~ I’m looking forward to visit a long lost friend of ours who just gave birth 2 days ago. So we’re hoping to meet up with them this week end and have a quick look at their new bundle of joy.
